Here, a photothermal cascade nano-reactor (CPNC@GOx-Fe ) is constructed through a supramolecular strategy through hydrogen bonding and coordination interactions between chitosan-modified palladium nano-cube (CPNC), glucose oxidase (GOx), and ferrous iron (Fe ).
