Introduction: The incidence of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (I/R) is complex which seriously threatens the life safety of patients. Neither its prevention nor its treatment has been successful so far. Proteins that bind to DNA and belong to the C2/H2 zinc finger family are known as Krüppel-like factors (KLFs).

While the formation of an inorganic-rich solid electrolyte interphase (SEI) plays a crucial role, the persistent challenge lies in the formation of an organic-rich SEI due to the high solvent ratio in low-concentration electrolytes (LCEs), which hinders the achievement of high-performance lithium metal batteries. Herein, by incorporating di-fluoroethylene carbonate (DFEC) as a non-solvating cosolvent, a solvation structure dominated by anions is introduced in the innovative LCE, leading to the creation of a durable and stable inorganic-rich SEI. Leveraging this electrolyte design, the Li||NCM83 cell demonstrates exceptional cycling stability, maintaining 82.

In this retrospective study, 122 patients (including 108 patients with dense breasts) with ambiguous FFDM findings were imaged with both CSC and TSC. Two radiologists independently reviewed the images and evaluated lesions using the Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System.

Global myocardial work (GMW), including global myocardial work index (GWI), global constructive work (GCW), global wasted work (GWW), and global myocardial work efficiency (GWE), offer comprehensive quantitative assessment of myocardial function in CAD.
Hypothesis: We hypothesized that GMW could provide incremental value in detecting CAD without RWMA.

Background: Microvascular invasion (MVI) is an important predictor of poor prognosis in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Accurate preoperative prediction of MVI in HCC would provide useful information to guide the choice of therapeutic strategy. Shear wave elastography (SWE) plays an important role in hepatic imaging, but its value in the preoperative prediction of MVI in HCC has not yet been proven.

During the DA oxidation process catalysed by polyphenol oxidase (PPO), six cationic intermediates were directly detected by the atmospheric pressure glow discharge mass spectrometry (APGD-MS). Combined with tandem mass spectrometry, the structures of the dopamine semiquinone radical (DASQ) and leukodopaminochrome radical (LDAC) intermediates and structures of the isomers of dopaminochrome (DAC) and 5,6-dihydroxyindole (DHI) were further characterised with the introduction of 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine 1-oxyl (TEMPO) and deuterium oxide (DO) to APGD-MS.

In order to solve this problem, this paper designed an electronic nose (E-nose) with seven gas sensors and proposed a rapid method for identifying CH, CO, and their mixtures. Most reported methods for E-nose were based on analyzing the entire response process and employing complex algorithms, such as neural network, which result in long time-consuming processes for gas detection and identification.

However, most synthesized iron-based catalysts have very low microwave heating efficiency due to the enrichment state of iron. Here, we prepared FeAlOx catalysts using the microwave heating method and found that the microwave heating efficiency of amorphous iron and hematite is very low, indeed, these materials can hardly initiate pyrolysis at room temperature, which limits the application of iron-based catalysts in microwave pyrolysis.

Despite the high theoretical capacity and energy density of lithium-sulfur (Li-S) batteries, the development of Li-S batteries has been slow due to the poor electrical conductivity and the shuttle effect of the electrode materials, resulting in low sulfur utilization and fast long-term cycling capacity decay. The modified carbon materials are often used as sulfur hosts to significantly improve the cycling performance of the materials, but also bring high-cost issues. Here, the porous carbon materials are synthesized quickly and conveniently by the microwave cross-linking method using discarded medical masks as carbon sources and concentrated sulfuric acid as solvent.
