Objective: To develop and evaluate the validity and reliability of the Street Food and Beverage Tool (SFBT).

Design: This methodological study contains two phases: a) tool development, which involves conducting a systematic review followed by expert evaluation of the items, the creation of a Nutritional Healthfulness Index (NH), and pilot testing; and b) evaluation of the Tool's Validity and Reliability: Content validity was judged by an external technical group, which evaluated the adequacy and pertinence of each tool item. Construct validity was evaluated around schools by testing the hypothesis: In high-income areas, there will be greater availability of healthy food and beverages at street food outlets (SFOs), as measured by the NH-index.

Creative Problem Solving (CPS) is an important competency when using digital artifacts for educational purposes. Using a dual-process approach, this study examines the divergent thinking scores (fluidity, flexibility, and originality) and problem-solving speed in CPS of different age groups. Participants engaged in CreaCube CPS tasks with educational robotics for two consecutive instances, with performance analyzed to explore the influence of prior experience and creative intentions.

The chloride transporter-channel SLC26A9 is mediated by a reciprocal regulatory mechanism through the interaction between its cytoplasmic STAS domain and the R domain of CFTR. In vertebrate Slc26a9s, the STAS domain structures are interrupted by a disordered loop which is conserved in mammals but is variable in non-mammals. The aging population is increasing worldwide, and there is also an increase in the aging population living with overweight and obesity, due to changes in lifestyle and in dietary patterns that elderly individuals experience later in life. Both aging and obesity are conditions of accelerated metabolic dysfunction and dysregulated immune responses. In this review, we summarize published findings showing that obesity induces changes in humoral immunity similar to those induced by aging and that the age-associated B cell defects are mainly due to metabolic changes.

The possibility of reusing ceramic roller waste to produce cordierite and mullite refractories was investigated. Counting and certifying election results in the United States can take days and even weeks following election day. These delays are often linked to distrust in elections but does delay distrust? What can election officials do to counteract distrust if counting most ballots and announcing results cannot occur on election night? Using a preregistered survey experiment of nearly 10,000 Americans, this article shows that informing voters about longer-than-expected vote counting time induces a large, significant decrease in trust in the election. However, viewing a "prebunking" video in advance of being informed of the delay in results more than makes up for the delay-induced decrease in election trust.
