Survival data and risk factors after ruptured HCC are lacking, especially for peritoneal metastasis (PM).

Purpose: With the development of new devices, our ligation technique of the inferior mesenteric artery changed from mechanical ligature (ML) to energized vessel sealing systems (EVSS) ligature.
