This paper focuses on the creation of an in vitro collection of grapevine hybrids from the breeding program of the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Fruit Growing and Viticulture and investigates the presence of resistance mediated by and loci. We looked at the optimization of in vitro establishment using either shoots taken directly from field-grown plants or from budwood cuttings forced indoors. We further screened for the presence of endophyte contamination in the initiated explants and optimized the multiplication stage.

In this study, first, the microbial contamination that appeared around the base of in vitro-grown apple shoots was identified as . Then, plant preservative mixture (PPM) was used as a bactericidal agent in plant tissue culture.

An in vitro collection of apples could be used for virus testing and elimination and to provide virus-free elite stock plants to nurseries.
Methods: Malus sieversii Ledeb.
Cryopreservation is important for safeguarding the genetic resources of apple germplasm in Kazakhstan, the center of origin for apples. In this study, conducted with five apple genotypes [Malus domestica Borkh. and Malus sieversii (Ledeb.

The lecture gives notions on immunological phenotypes and the parameters of innate and adaptive immunity and on the association of two links of immunity. The major tumor-associated immunological phenotypes are pathogenetically and clinically different, but have signs of two-link immunodeficiency in each case.

Material And Methods: Prevalence of DNA-abzymes and their catalytic activity were studied in 400 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and 88 healthy donors matched by age and gender.
Results: Associated with DNA-binding autoAB DNA-hydrolysing activity was detected in 41.

The effect of acute and chronic alcohol intoxication and of the syndrome of ethanol withdrawal on the consumption of glucose by the brain of rats was studied by means of intravascular ethanol infusion. Infusion of ethanol into the internal carotid artery had no effect on glucose consumption by the brain, while its infusion into the femoral vein reduced consumption twofold. The effect was completely removed by the inhibitor of alcohol dehydrogenase pyrazole.
