Background: Adolescents are being involved in aggressive activities nowadays. Sometimes, involvement in aggressive activities may be fatal for the victim as well as for the doer. It is a matter of great concern for all including parents, teachers, psychologists, social reformers, and others.

Association of SUMOylation Pathway Genes With Stroke in a Genome-Wide Association Study in India.

Objective: To undertake a genome-wide association study (GWAS) to identify genetic variants for stroke in an Indian population.

Methods: In a hospital-based case-control study, 8 teaching hospitals in India recruited 4,088 participants, including 1,609 stroke cases. Imputed genetic variants were tested for association with stroke subtypes using both single-marker and gene-based tests.

Evaluation of Traumatic Spine by Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Correlation with Neurological Recovery.

Purpose: To compare magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings with clinical profile and neurological status of the patient and to correlate the MRI findings with neurological recovery of the patients and predict the outcome.

Actinomycosis of tonsil masquerading as tumour in a 12-year old child.

A case of unusual presentation of actinomycosis of tonsil causing massive unilateral enlargement, mimicking a tumor in a 12-year old girl is reported.
