Identification of novel genetic variants associated with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) in South-West coast of India using targeted exome sequencing.

Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) is a subset of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). This study explores the genetic landscape of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) in a cohort of 33 patients from Southern India using targeted exome sequencing. Our analysis revealed a diverse range of mutations across the cohort, with missense mutations being the most prevalent.
