- A 65-year-old man was diagnosed with a pelvic mass, which was revealed to be a gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) originating from Meckel's diverticulum after surgery.
- When imaging studies do not provide a clear diagnosis for pelvic masses linked to the bowel, neoplasms from Meckel's diverticulum should be considered in the differential diagnosis.
