This work explores two methods to encapsulate Thymoquinone (TQ) into lipid nanocapsules (LNCs) for oral administration. TQ was added during the phase inversion temperature method (TQ-LNCs-1) or to unload LNCs dispersion (TQ-LNCs-2). Background: We have previously reported that the gap junction protein connexin 43 (Cx43) was upregulated in chronic renal disease in humans and rodents and plays a crucial role in the progression of experimental nephropathy. Background: Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea (OSAH) is common in MS patients and is associated with fatigue. We recently published a randomized, controlled trial (RCT) of active vs sham continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) treatment in MS patients with fatigue, poor sleep quality, and (OSAH) (Mult Scl J 2022;28:82-92).
