This dataset was collected during the 2023 and 2024 RoboCup competitions using the TIAGo robot equipped with an RGB-D camera, a Hokuyo laser, and a RODE microphone. The dataset includes ROSbag files that capture the robot's sensory data and planning task behavior, as well as video recordings that provide third-person perspectives of task execution. These data provide information about the performance of autonomous robots in social tasks and navigation in dynamic environments with human interaction.

There are several methods of analysis used in the metalworking industry for dry machining processes and with Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL). Evolutionary methods [1] have been used in the decision-making process in the machining process to select the optimal data and to analyze the behavior of variables such as cutting speed (V), feed rate (f) and cutting depth (a). This work addresses the use of evolutionary algorithms of low dominance class II and III (NSGA-II and NSGA-III) to analyze from the multicriteria approach the initial wear of the cutting tool (VB), the energy consumption (E) and the machining time (t) in the turning process of the AISI 316L steel workpiece for biomedical purposes.

Background And Aims: The incorporation of normothermic regional perfusion (NRP) to donors after cardiac death (DCD) allows the recovery of liver grafts without the deleterious effects on graft survival the super-rapid technique may cause. The aim of the present report is to determine if the use of NRP in Maastricht type III DCD donors achieves short- and medium-term results comparable to donors after brain death (DBD).

Patients And Methods: This is an observational cohort study including 117 liver transplants executed between November 2016 and April 2021, divided into NRP (n = 39) and DBD (n = 78).

Controlling molecular interactions between bioinspired molecules can enable the development of new materials with higher complexity and innovative properties. Here we report on a dynamic system that emerges from the conformational modification of an elastin-like protein by peptide amphiphiles and with the capacity to access, and be maintained in, non-equilibrium for substantial periods of time. The system enables the formation of a robust membrane that displays controlled assembly and disassembly capabilities, adhesion and sealing to surfaces, self-healing and the capability to undergo morphogenesis into tubular structures with high spatiotemporal control.

The morphology of the males of Neoechinorhynchus schmidti (Acanthocephala: Neoechinorhynchidae) is unknown, because this species was described based exclusively on females. However, recently we collected 2 common slider turtles Trachemys scripta in Centla swamps, Tabasco, Mexico, parasitized by 27 specimens of an acanthocephalan whose females were morphologically identical to N. schmidti.

EGFR (HER1) highlights as one of the most relevant tumor associated antigen in epithelial malignant cells. Monoclonal antibodies and tyrosine kinase inhibitors against EGFR remain as the most advanced approaches in clinical trials. More recently, an active immunotherapy using the HER1 extracellular domain (ECD) adjuvated in very small size proteoliposomes (VSSP) and emulsified in Montanide ISA-51 demonstrated its strength to inhibit tumor cell line proliferation by arresting cells in G(0)/G(1) stage and induction of apoptosis.

Up to now clinical experiences focusing EGF receptor, an attractive target for cancer therapy, have been limited to passive therapies, suggesting that therapeutic cancer vaccines inducing anti-epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) antibodies could also work. Here, the humoral immune response induced in mice with a vaccine formulation containing the human EGFR-extracellular domain and very small-sized proteoliposomes (VSSP), a novel nanoparticulated adjuvant was assessed. In vaccinated mice sera average of the specific polyclonal antibodies (PAb) titers was 10(-5).

Unlabelled: Monoclonal antibody (mAb) ior c5 is an IgG1, which recognizes a glycoprotein tumor specific antigen IOR C2 over expressed in the surface of colon and ovarian cancer cells. The aim of the present work was to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of the 99mTc-labeled mAb ior c5 for the detection of colorectal tumors, its metastases and recurrences.

Methods: Eighty six patients with colorectal or anal cancer, mean age 57 +/- 13 yrs, were involved in a phase 1/11 multicentric, open clinical trial to assess the ability of Radioimmunoscintigraphy (RIS) with 99mTc- mAb ior c5 to detect those tumors.

The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) plays a central role in regulating neoplastic processes. The EGFR overexpression in many human epithelial tumors has been correlated with disease progression and bad prognosis. Passive EGFR-directed immunotherapy, but not active specific approaches, has already been introduced in medical oncology practice.

Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) promotes tumor cell proliferation and survival upon binding to its receptor. We have developed a new active specific immunotherapy based on EGF deprivation. In the present paper, we show the results of a Phase I trial in 43 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who received the EGF vaccine.
