Background: Use of fluoropyrimidine-based therapy in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer is associated with significant toxicities. This study aimed to assess the safety and efficacy of raltitrexed use in patients with metastatic colorectal cancer who developed significant toxicities after fluoropyrimidine-based treatment.
