Functional septorhinoplasty (FSRP) has been shown to improve both global and disease-specific quality of life (QOL). However, the mechanism by which FSRP improves QOL has not been fully defined. We reasoned that NAO may impact sleep quality and, therefore, studied the relationship using validated patient-reported outcome measures.
