An accurate method for quantification and/or characterisation of HS severity is lacking.
Objectives: To develop and validate an objective measure of TGMHS.
Introduction: Our goal was to evaluate the potential utility of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) placental volume as an assessment of placental insufficiency.
Methods: Secondary analysis of a prospective cohort undergoing serial placental MRIs at two academic tertiary care centers. The population included 316 participants undergoing MRI up to three times throughout gestation.
Objective: Cytotoxic chemotherapy for ovarian cancer can be augmented by co-administration of vascular endothelial growth factor inhibitors but these are contraindicated in patients with bowel obstruction due to the risk of gastrointestinal perforation. We evaluated the safety and feasibility of paclitaxel plus cediranib to treat patients with platinum-resistant ovarian cancer at risk of malignant bowel obstruction.
Methods: A phase II trial included eligible patients between March 2018 and February 2021, identified by clinical symptoms and radiographic risk factors for malignant bowel obstruction.
Problem/condition: Public health agencies in U.S. states, territories, and freely associated states investigate and voluntarily report waterborne disease outbreaks to CDC through the National Outbreak Reporting System (NORS).

Introduction: Illnesses caused by harmful algal blooms can vary in clinical presentation and severity depending on the types of algae, cyanobacteria, or toxins involved as well as the route and extent of exposure. Background: This feasibility study has the primary aim of capturing and comparing participant expectations and experiences of using a formal consensus method (FCM) and to explore whether these views change following participation within a guideline committee where FCM are used.
Methods: Twelve healthcare committee members and associated technical team members participated in semi-structured qualitative interviews before and after using FCM during guideline committee meetings. Interviews also focused on past experiences and expectations of informal consensus methods.
