Arthroscopic meniscal allograft transplantation without bone plugs.

Partial or total meniscectomy are common procedures performed at Orthopedic Surgery departments. Despite providing a great relief of pain, it has been related to early onset knee osteoarthritis. Meniscal allograft transplantation has been proposed as an alternative to meniscectomy.

Primary sacral hydatid cyst. A case report.

This case report highlights an unusual osseous spinal presentation of a well described disease, hydatidosis. A 59-year-old woman presented with increasing back pain and bilateral radiculopathy. Examination disclosed symptoms of spinal stenosis and urinary incontinence.
