We report a case of a 28-year-old male with an anorectal trauma sustained while he was riding as a passenger on a personal watercraft. Management, treatment and outcome of the case are described. A brief analysis of the literature is discussed.

The patient had a history of pain, anaemia and weight loss and the diagnosis was made on the basis of upper gastrointestinal barium contrast radiography. The surgical procedure was an entero-entero anastomosis between the blind loop and the efferent loop.
