Background: Although the incidence of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) has appeared to be increasing over the years, its prognosis remains dismal. No consensus has yet been reached regarding the management of ICH; however, minimally invasive surgery should limit, if not avoid, intraoperative parenchymal damage.
