Dumbell atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumour (AT/RT) of the cervical spine.

Spinal Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid Tumour (AT/RT) is a highly malignant tumour, and its prognosis is dismal especially for very young patients. In this article, we present the case of a teenage boy with AT/RT in the cervical spine and its multimodality management. A review of the literature on ATRT of the spine is also presented.

Long-term outcome of subcutaneously preserved autologous cranioplasty.

Objective: Decompressive craniectomy for intracranial hypertension mandates later cranioplasty. Autologous cranioplasties can be preserved either by freezing or placement in a subcutaneous pocket. There are few data on the long-term follow-up of patients treated in such a fashion.
