Here, we describe the clinical and laboratory characteristics of patients diagnosed with multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) in the state of Goiás, Brazil, and its possible association with COVID-19. The study subjects were individuals aged between 0 and 19 years, selected from private and public institutions from May 2020 to April 2022. Thirty-five cases of MIS-C were confirmed.
