Spinal segmental myoclonus as an unusual presentation of multiple sclerosis.

Background: Unusual presentations of multiple sclerosis (MS) at onset may post a diagnostic dilemma to the treating neurologists. Spinal myoclonus is rare in MS and may lead to perform extensive investigations to rule out other etiologies affecting the spinal cord.

Case Presentation: We described a 31-year-old male who presented with involuntary brief jerky movements of the left shoulder and arm with significant wasting of shoulder muscles.

Status migrainosus as an initial presentation of multiple sclerosis.

Background: Demyelinating plaques may induce headache through disruption of the pathways, which are implicated in the pathogeneses of migraine. We report a case of 25-year-old female patient, who presented with status migrainosus fulfilling the criteria of international classification of headache disorder. Epilepsy in a young adult caused by L-2-hydroxyglutaric aciduria: a case report.

Objective: To report the importance of a rare organic acid metabolic disorder, L-2-hydroxyglutaric aciduria, and its characteristic neuroimaging cerebral white matter abnormalities in a case of epilepsy.
