The Restylane® portfolio of hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers comprises a broad range of products, each with a unique combination of gel strength/firmness and flexibility. Restylane® Shaype™ (HASHA) is a new HA injectable produced with NASHA-HD™ technology and the most recent addition to the Restylane portfolio. NASHA-HD is an evolution of the NASHA™ platform that adds more HA and uses a more efficient cross-linking even though the degree of modification is kept low.

Objective: Efficacy/safety of RelaBoNT-A treatment for lateral canthal lines (LCL).
Methods: Randomized adults received RelaBoNT-A (30 U/side; n = 230) or placebo (n = 73) during a 6-month, double-blind, Ph3 study (Relabotulinumtoxin Aesthetic Development Study-2 [READY-2]).
Presence-absence surveys are frequently used to monitor populations of rare and elusive species. Such data may also be used as a proxy for breeding activity, but links between presence-absence data and higher-order processes must be validated to determine their reliability. The Marbled Murrelet (Brachyramphus marmoratus) is a threatened seabird that nests in older-aged forests along the Pacific Coast.

Thirty-two participants with chronic SCI were randomized to 24 weeks of NMES-RT + FES [n = 16 (14 males and 2 females) with an age range of 20-54 years old] or PMT + FES [n = 16 (12 males and 4 females) with an age range of 21-61 years old]. The NMES-RT + FES group underwent 12 weeks of surface NMES-RT using ankle weights followed by an additional 12 weeks of FES-LEC.

Objective: To assess the safety and efficacy of OnabotA for MMP in a randomized study.
Methods: This 12-month, multicenter, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 2 study randomized adults (18-50 years of age) with marked/very marked bilateral MMP (≥4 on the Masseter Muscle Prominence Scale [MMPS]) to OnabotA (24, 48, 72, or 96 U) or placebo; retreatment occurred at day 180 if MMPS ≥4.
Background: Clusters of invasive group A streptococcal (iGAS) infection, linked to genomically closely related group A streptococcal (GAS) isolates (referred to as genomic clusters), pose public health threats, and are increasingly identified through whole-genome sequencing (WGS) analysis. In this study, we aimed to assess the risk of genomic cluster formation among iGAS cases not already part of existing genomic clusters.
Methods: In this WGS and population-based surveillance study, we analysed iGAS case isolates from the Active Bacterial Core surveillance (ABCs), which is part of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Emerging Infections Program, in ten US states from Jan 1, 2015, to Dec 31, 2019.
We report a highly unusual case of small bowel obstruction in an 86-year-old man from ingestion of a citrus fruit, known as kumquats, which led to intestinal perforation and peritonitis. He initially presented with a one-day history of diffuse abdominal pain associated with nausea and feculent emesis after eating whole pieces of unpeeled kumquats. When symptoms of peritonitis evolved with a blood lactate of 5.

Although panic isn't helpful, this heightened level of concern is appropriate, given that reports of human infections with the H5N1 virus often indicate high mortality rates. These can range from 14 to 50%.

HASHA (Restylane Shaype) is a new hyaluronic acid (HA) injectable with high G' and high HA concentration (25 mg/mL), engineered by the new NASHA-HD (High Definition) technology. HASHA is suitable to be placed periosteally, aiming to mimic the natural shape of the bony chin.

Bergmann's and Allen's rules suggest that body size and the size of thermoregulatory structures differ between warm and cold locations, where body size decreases with temperature and thermoregulatory structures increase. However, phenotypic plastic responses to malnutrition during development can result in the same patterns while lacking fitness benefits.

Objectives: This study assessed the safety and effectiveness of cryolipolysis treatment for noninvasive subcutaneous fat reduction of arms and inner thighs in participants of Chinese descent to assess equivalence to results seen in a prior study of White participants.
Methods: Replicating a similar study design, participants of first- or second-generation Chinese descent underwent cryolipolysis treatment of arms and/or inner thighs.

Psychodermatology pertains to the relationship between the skin and brain. This review aims to summarize the evidence of the mind body connection in four psychophysiological conditions: rosacea, atopic dermatitis (AD), acne vulgaris (AV), and psoriasis. A literature search was conducted using several English language databases.

We aimed to compare the incidence, characteristics, treatments, and outcomes of patients with massive PE by mode of ECMO from a large international registry.
Methods: Retrospective observational study of the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO) database.
Clinical photography is essential in dermatology. However, a comprehensive literature review of photography in dermatology is lacking. This scoping review aims to summarize the literature regarding photography practices in dermatology, photography of skin of color, patient preferences, and medical-legal considerations.

However, many dermatologists desire more training in clinical photography and a comprehensive literature review of photography in dermatology is lacking.
Objective: This scoping review aimed to summarize the literature regarding techniques for high-quality photography in dermatology.
Estimating how many people are food insecure and where they are is of fundamental importance for governments and humanitarian organizations to make informed and timely decisions on relevant policies and programmes. In this study, we propose a machine learning approach to predict the prevalence of people with insufficient food consumption and of people using crisis or above-crisis food-based coping when primary data are not available. Making use of a unique global dataset, the proposed models can explain up to 81% of the variation in insufficient food consumption and up to 73% of the variation in crisis or above food-based coping levels.
