We examined the relation between hemodynamic changes after endoscopic transthoracic sympathicotomy (ETS) and the number of sympathetic segment operated. Cardiac functional indices using echocardiography and plasma noradrenaline concentration (NOR) were measured before and after ETS in 25 patients with palmar hyperhidrosis.
