Unlabelled: Introduction-Aim: The iatrogenic risk in the elderly is a real public health problem due to its frequency and seriousness. Our study aimed to analyze the epidemiological, clinical and chronological aspects of adverse drug reactions occurring in elderly subjects and to identify the incriminated drugs.

Introduction: As little is known about the prognostic value of CT scan findings at onset in patients presenting with sarcoidosis, we aimed to identify factors independently associated with radiological remission of pulmonary involvement in systemic sarcoidosis on CT scan findings.
Methods: We conducted a retrospective descriptive and analytic study of patients with a biopsy proven systemic sarcoidosis. We compared patients on radiological remission (group 1) to those on stabilization or progression (group 2).
Introduction: The present study aimed to determine the impact of vitamin D supplementation (VDs) on recovery delay among COVID-19 patients.
Methods: We performed a randomized controlled clinical trial at the national COVID-19 containment center in Monastir (Tunisia), from May to August 2020. Simple randomization was done in a 1:1 allocation ratio.
