Background: Ischemia/reperfusion injury after liver transplantation (LT) may be associated with primary graft dysfunction (PDF) or non-function. Prostaglandins were demonstrated to be beneficial in reducing ischemic injury by improving microcirculation and protecting endothelial cells.
