Effects on the clinical course and hemodynamics were assessed in the course and long-term treatment. A dirotone course was found to benefit central and pulmonary hemodynamics while a long-term dirotone treatment relieves symptoms of cardiac failure and raises life quality in the absence of negative effects on blood biochemistry, electrolytic balance and external respiration function.
