While a natural disaster or related threat may impact an organisation at some point, it is more likely (even inevitable) that it will be the victim of a cyber attack. The solution to being better prepared for these imminent attacks is to undertake more lightweight and frequent incident response (IR) exercises to help build capabilities and community through a tighter, recurring cycle of planning, conducting and assessing. To boost the facilitation of IR exercises, organisations must leverage the established relationships between business continuity management (BCM) or resilience staff (both of which are familiar with business continuity and disaster recovery exercises), and their information security office.

Here, we report a highly sensitive and multiplexed approach for tracking upward of 20 single cells simultaneously in the same subject using positron emission tomography (PET). The method relies on a statistical tracking algorithm (PEPT-EM) to achieve a sensitivity of 4 becquerel per cell and a streamlined workflow to reliably label single cells with over 50 becquerel per cell of F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG).

Introduction: Impaction Bone grafting (IBG) in Revision THR is challenging and places demands on allograft stores. Identifying a potential synthetic replacement that works in the longer term was the aim of this study.
Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 21 sequential patients who had undergone revision THR using IBG.
Background: Neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) are rare neoplasms. Our group has treated more than 2,000 NET patients and has performed more than 1,000 surgical cytoreductive procedures.

Study Design: Data from patients diagnosed with a primary duodenal NET were analyzed.
Objective: Slowing the diabetes epidemic in Africa requires improved detection of prediabetes. A1C, a form of glycated hemoglobin A, is recommended for diagnosing prediabetes. The glycated proteins, fructosamine and glycated albumin (GA), are hemoglobin-independent alternatives to A1C, but their efficacy in Africans is unknown.
