Amphiphilic architectural polymers of tunable compositions self-assemble into soft nanoparticles of varied stability that is dependent on the number of poly(ethylene glycol) tails. -electron microscopy- and -technique-based evaluations of their internal structure display morphologies unlike those of conventional block-copolymer-based micelles, with a uniform and homogeneous composition that strongly influences drug-specific encapsulation and release characteristics. The suberanilohydroxamic acid (SAHA) and Temozolomide drug combination (with or without telodendrimer loading) shows synergistic effects in glioblastoma, and curcumin-loaded DP telodendrimers reduce neurite loss in cisplatin-treated dorsal root ganglia explants.
