Implantation of spheric phakic posterior chamber intraocular lenses in astigmatic eyes.

Purpose: To evaluate the simultaneous correction of spherical and cylindrical ametropia through implantation of phakic posterior chamber (PC) intraocular lenses (IOLs) combined with a limbal incision.
