By performing a targeted loss-of-function screen in primary human fibroblasts, we here identify the host CCR4-NOT deadenylase complex members CNOT1 and CNOT3 as unexpected pro-viral host factors that selectively regulate HCMV reproduction. We find that the scaffold subunit CNOT1 is specifically required for late viral gene expression and genome-wide host responses in CCR4-NOT-disrupted cells.

Some patients present with sporadic or familiar recurrent hydatidiform moles (RHMs), which are characterized by two or more episodes of the disease. A healthy 36-year-old woman was admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Unit of Santa Maria Goretti Hospital, Latina, because of RHMs at 6 weeks of amenorrhea, with an obstetrical anamnesis of RHMs.

Introduction: Attrition is defined as a permanent departure from one's profession or the workforce. Existing literature on retention strategies, contributing factors to the attrition of rehabilitation professionals and how different environments influence professionals' decision-making to stay in/leave their profession, is limited in scope and specificity. The objective of our review was to map the depth and breadth of the literature on attrition and retention of rehabilitation professionals.

Objective: The nonavalent HPV vaccine has demonstrated its efficacy in women and men who already suffer from HPV genital lesions, with little chances to clear the infection. The efficacy of new therapeutic or complementary alternatives as Ellagic acid plus Annona Muricata (Ellagic acid complex) has emerged recently. Our retrospective study compares the evolution of persistent cervical HPV infection in two cohorts of immunocompetent women after the administration of nonavalent vaccine or Ellagic acid complex.
