Entrapping the magnetite nanoparticles in the hydrophilic parts of niosomes was accompanied with high-efficient DOX loading by the current novel remote-loading method. Cytotoxicity of the prepared formulations was evaluated in vitro against A549 and PC-12 cell lines using the colorimetric WST-1 assay test.
