The heat and mass transfer of the electroosmotic flow in microchannel transporting viscoelastic nanofluid is investigated considering Brownian motion of nanoparticles and slip boundary conditions. The simplified Phan-Thien-Tanner model is employed to describe the rheological behavior of fluid and the nonlinear Navier model with non-zero slip critical shear stress is considered at walls. The governing nonlinear momentum, mass, and heat transfer equations are solved using the Homotopy Perturbation Method.

In recent years, considering the increasing use of antibiotics, and their continued entry into the environment, extensive research has been conducted on the impact of antibiotics on human health, water resources, and the environment. In this study, a suitable method has been proposed for detecting and elimination the trace amounts of the antibiotic cloxacillin in aqueous. For identify trace amounts of cloxacillin in solution, a new electrochemical nanosensor based on a screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE) modified with gold nanorods/graphene oxide was proposed.

This study aimed to prepare a new composition for wound dressing having desired properties using naturally occurring materials. Chitosan/gelatin (1:2 w/w) films containing various amounts of tannic acid and/or bacterial nanocellulose were prepared. The films were studied by FT-IR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), XRD experiments and water absorption, gel content, water vapor permeability, mechanical and in in-vivo tests.
