Psychometric properties of the Persian version of Proactive-Safety Role Orientation questionnaire (PRO-SAFE).

Background: Participation and initiative of workers are effective in promoting safety in the workplace. Proactive-Safety Role Orientation questionnaire (PRO-SAFE) is a proper tool to evaluate the psychological drivers that support the proactive orientation of individuals toward workplace safety. This study was conducted to translate and measure the psychometric properties of the Persian version of PRO-SAFE.

Quantification of the impact of factors affecting the technical performance of operating room personnel: Expert judgment approach.

Incorrect assessment of the performance shaping factors (PSFs), especially in health care systems, may lead to irreversible consequences such as death. The current study aimed to adapt PSFs taxonomy given in standardized plant analysis risk human reliability analysis (SPAR-H) technique to surgical context. PSFs taxonomy of the SPAR-H technique was revised, and more contextspecific definitions to surgical context were suggested.

Application of human reliability analysis (HRA) techniques originally developed for industrial settings to the healthcare sector may be controversial in terms of reliability and methodological level. The aim of the present study was to adapt a standardized plant analysis risk-human reliability analysis (SPAR-H) technique for application in surgical settings through suggesting more context-specific definitions for performance shaping factors (PSFs), designing precise levels and elicitation of multipliers through a domain expert judgment approach. .

Mental workload and occupational burnout among the faculty members and administrative staff of Yazd Public Health School.

Background: Administrative staff may be exposed to a great deal of the mental workload (MWL) due to the long working hours and the responsibility of responding to large numbers of clients. Occupational burnout (OB) is one of the issues that can be affected by MWL. The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between mental MWL and OB, as well as the internal interactions between OB dimensions.

Spiritual Health and Stress in Pregnant Women During the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Stress is one of the effective factors in the occurrence of negative effects during pregnancy that can cause adverse outcomes such as preterm delivery and reduced intrauterine growth of the fetus in pregnant women. Therefore, one of the serious concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic is the physical health and mental health of pregnant women. This study aimed to evaluate the physical health status with the spiritual and mental health of pregnant women during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Investigation of the relationship between occupational cognitive failures and work-related accidents in heavy equipment operators of Shahid Rajaee port complex.

Introduction: Occupational accidents have many undesirable and irreparable effects on labor forces, assets, environment, and credibility of organizations. Human errors are one of the most important causes of occupational accidents. Human errors have different causes, but in all cases, human cognitive abilities and limitations play important roles; in this research, the relationship between occupational cognitive failures and work-related accidents in heavy equipment operators of Shahid Rajaee Port Complex has been investigated.

Evaluation of respiratory system in textile-dyeing workers.

Background: Despite the presence of many textile and dyeing plants in Iran, we couldn't find similar studies in this country. Forthermore, considering progress in the dyeing process and engineering controls, assessment of respiratory system is important for these workers. The present study was performed to evaluate the respiratory system in dyeing workers.

An epidemiologic study on anthropometric dimensions of 7-11-year-old Iranian children: considering ethnic differences.

Unlabelled: Anthropometric data can be used to identify the physical dimensions of equipment, furniture, clothing and workstations. The use of poorly designed furniture that fails to fulfil the users' anthropometric dimensions, has a negative impact on human health. In this study, we measured some anthropometric dimensions of Iranian children from different ethnicities.
