These include the risk of a fitness to practise investigation, breaking the law, loss of employment, and personal risk in the form of harassment and doxxing.
Methods: Review of guidelines and recommendations published by professional bodies revelant to urologists and review of relevant case examples in the medical profession and other relevant professions.

Methods: A series of 78 medicolegal litigation cases reviewed by a single expert witness over 13 years from 2008 to 2021 was analysed by two reviewers. Twenty-nine cases were identified as having a non-technical learning point and 25 were identified as having a technical learning point.
Objectives: To investigate the risks and long-term outcomes of suprapubic catheter (SPC) insertion in a population predominantly with spinal cord injury.
Materials And Methods: We used the theatre database at the National Spinal Injuries Centre in Stoke Mandeville Hospital to identify 1000 consecutive SPC insertions from 1998 to 2015. We retrospectively analysed all records for these patients.
Wild plants serve as a large reservoir of known and yet-unknown viruses and as a source of viral pathogens of cultivated plants. Yellow mosaic disease of forest shrub (privet) was recurrently observed in Europe for more than 100 years. Using a universal virus identification approach based on deep sequencing and assembly of viral small interfering (si)RNAs we identified a causative agent of this disease in Switzerland and reconstructed its complete 3-segmented RNA genome.

By using steady-state and emission wavelength-dependent time-resolved intensity luminescence measurements in concert with a global analysis scheme, we find that the analyte-induced quenching is best described by a three-component static quenching model. In the model, there are blue, green, and red emitters (associated with the nanocrystallite core and surface trap states) that each exhibit unique analyte-emitter association constants and these association constants are a consequence of differences in the pSi surface chemistries.
