[Standardization of the treatment of acute leukemia].

The causes of the lagging as to the survival of patients suffering from acute leukemias in this country are analyzed. The principles of the current therapy of acute leukemias are discussed. The unified programmed treatment is offered as basis for the therapeutic policy.

[Use of permanent magnets and magnetic fluids in experimental oncology].

The use of permanent magnets and magnetic fields (magnetic fluids and magnetic suspensions) alone or in complex with the antitumour compounds for the treatment of malignancies of various localizations is considered. Methods and forms of the use of permanent magnets are discussed. It is concluded that permanent magnets (as magnetic suspensions and magnetic fluids) used alone, in complex with chemical substances or in combination with other affecting factors (the temperature rise) induce a considerable regression of the tumour.

[Separation of mouse bone marrow cells by preparative electrophoresis].

Free-flow electrophoresis was used to separate mouse bone marrow cells. From five to eight fractions with an amount of cells sufficient for morphofunctional analysis could be obtained in different experiments. Granulocyte precursors were found in fractions with low electrophoretic mobility (EPM), whereas erythrocyte precursors in fractions with high EPM.
