The association of diuretics with the risk of wrist fractures due to diuretics is also unclear. Therefore, in this study, we determined the association of diuretics with falls and wrist fractures by Mendelian randomization.

The quality of the included literature was evaluated using the Cochrane risk of bias tool, and data was analyzed using RevMan 5.
