In recent years, the modulation of brain neural activity by applied electromagnetic fields has become a hot spot in neuroscience research. Transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) are two common non-invasive neuromodulation techniques. However, conventional tACS has limited stimulation effects in the deeper parts of the brain.

Paroxysmal kinesigenic dyskinesia (PKD) is a rare neurological disorder marked by transient involuntary movements triggered by sudden actions. Current diagnostic approaches, including genetic screening, face challenges in identifying secondary cases due to symptom overlap with other disorders. This study introduces a novel PKD recognition method utilizing a resting-state electroencephalogram (EEG) functional connectivity matrix and a deep learning architecture (AT-1CBL).

Decoding movement information from electroencephalogram to construct brain-computer interface has promising applications. The EEG data during the entire motor imagery (MI) period or movement execution (ME) period is generally decoded, and calculation of numerous information and massive dataset is time-consuming. In order to improve decoding efficiency, the joint topographic maps of the brain activation state of 15 subjects were studied during different periods.

We developed an adaptive-motion pedicle screw and established a finite element model of the T12-L3 segments of the thoracolumbar spine in osteoporosis patients based on the CT image data. A variety of internal fixation finite element models were established for mechanical simulation analysis and comparison.

The osteoclasts play a critical role in pathologic bone loss during inflammatory arthritis. In this paper, we report that Interleukin (IL)-6, IL-6Rα/gp130, IL-11, IL-27, and Matrix Metallo Proteinases (MMP)-9 expression results in serum of the RA group were significantly higher than that of the control group.

Exercise-induced muscle fatigue is a phenomenon that the maximum voluntary contraction force or power output of muscle is temporarily reduced due to muscular movement. If the fatigue is not treated properly,it will bring about a severe injury to the human body. With multi-channel collection of lower limb surface electromyography signals, this article analyzes the muscle fatigue by adoption of band spectrum entropy method which combined electromyographic signal spectral analysis and nonlinear dynamics.

The function theory of an anesthesia vaporizer was studied and the geometry configuration was measured in this study. The internal gas flow and mixing process in the anesthesia vaporizer were simulated using CFD method. Applying tracking in turbulent flow to stochastic particle, for the droplet of anesthesia drug, the moving track of droplet was traced.
