Detection of superoxide anion (O) levels holds significant importance for the diagnosis and even clinical treatments of oxidative stress-related diseases. Herein, we prepared a composite electrode material to encapsulate copper-zinc superoxide dismutase (SOD1) for biosensing of O. The sensing material consists of gold nanowires (AuNWs), reduced graphene oxide (rGO), carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and PEDOT:PSS.

is a desert-dwelling animal that has various adaptations to cope with drought. The kidney maintains water and acid-base balance mainly through the vasopressin-regulated water reabsorption pathway and proximal tubular bicarbonate reabsorption pathway. In this study, we compared the differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and transcription factors in the kidneys of and to explore the relationship between the DEGs in kidneys and the animals' adaptations.
