Studies of anger treatment have often reported on reappraisal and relaxation techniques delivered in person to forensic and psychiatric samples. The present study evaluated an integrative programme of cognitive-behavioural affective therapy (CBAT) delivered remotely to chronic pain sufferers with comorbid anger. Volunteers (N = 54) were randomly assigned to either CBAT or an Emotional Education (EE) group, both receiving hour-long videorecorded sessions twice a week for 4 weeks plus weekly calls by telephone.

Deep Adversarial Inconsistent Cognitive Sampling for Multiview Progressive Subspace Clustering.

Deep multiview clustering methods have achieved remarkable performance. However, all of them failed to consider the difficulty labels (uncertainty of ground truth for training samples) over multiview samples, which may result in a nonideal clustering network for getting stuck into poor local optima during the training process; worse still, the difficulty labels from the multiview samples are always inconsistent, and such a fact makes it even more challenging to handle. In this article, we propose a novel deep adversarial inconsistent cognitive sampling (DAICS) method for multiview progressive subspace clustering.

The relationship between mechanical force and alveolar bone remodeling is an important issue in orthodontics because tooth movement is dependent on the response of bone tissue to the mechanical force induced by the appliances used. Mechanical cyclical stretch plays an essential role in the cell osteogenic differentiation involved in bone remodeling. However, the underlying mechanisms are unclear, particularly the molecular pathways regulated by mechanical stimulation.
