Background: The Australian Dietary Guidelines (ADG) translate the best available evidence in nutrition into food choice recommendations. However, adherence to the ADG is poor in Australia. Given that following a healthy diet can be a potentially cost-effective strategy for lowering the risk of chronic diseases, there is an urgent need to develop novel technologies for individuals to improve their adherence to the ADG.

Introduction: Postoperative delirium (POD) is one of the prevalent and potentially fatal clinical conditions, leading to high disability and mortality in older patients, as well as increased duration of hospital stay and more hospitalization expenses. There were no effective drugs in the clinical management of POD, and an absence of evidence-based medicine concerning the treatment of POD.
Materials And Methods: The present study explored whether atorvastatin (Ato) can decrease the occurrence rate of POD.
Objective: Peripherally inserted central catheters (PICCs), the most frequent central venous catheter, are used to provide medical treatments, although long-term PICC-related adverse outcomes are unknown in China. This study systematically investigated PICC-related complications in four Chinese hospitals.
Methods: Between January 2014 and January 2020, we analyzed the results of 3550 patients with PICC who were referred to four Chinese hospitals.
Small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) is sensitive to chemoradiotherapy but remains to have a poor prognosis. In the immunotherapy era, chemotherapy combined with PD-L1 inhibitors has become a new first-line treatment option for advanced SCLC. The CheckMate 032 study combined a PD-1 blockade and a CTLA-4 inhibitor and found that this dual immunotherapy might be a positive treatment choice for SCLC.

However, there are no standard of care for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients after acquiring C797S currently, which brings significant challenges to post-osimertinib clinical management.

Patients And Methods: Twenty-five patients with -positive advanced solid tumors excluding breast cancer were enrolled to receive pyrotinib-based therapy.
The main therapeutic strategy for metastatic Myxofibrosarcoma (MFS) is palliative chemotherapy. A number of studies have demonstrated that anti-angiogenic therapy and immunotherapy could improve the survival rate of patients with metastases. However, the effectiveness of the combination of anti-angiogenic therapy and immunotherapy for the therapy of MFS is undetermined.
