In this study, a piezoelectric harvesting device was developed using polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) nanofibers reinforced with either BaTiO nanoparticles or graphene powder. BaTiO nanoparticles were synthesized through the sol-gel method with an average size of approximately 32 nm.
