Background: This study investigates the relationship between the recurrence of Chronic Otitis Media with Otorrhea (ChOLE) and patient-related factors, surgical procedures, and elements. It involved 190 patients and aimed to identify significant relationships between demographics, condition severity, surgical approaches, comorbidities, problem classification, hygiene practices, and education level.
