[Effects of nutritional preparation on HPO axis function and energy metabolism in uterus and ovary of rats exposed to intermittent cold].

To investigate the effects of a self-designed nutritional preparation on hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian (HPO) axis function and energy metabolism in female SD rats exposed to intermittent cold. Female SD rats were divided into control group, cold exposure group and nutritional preparation group. The control group and cold exposure group were given distilled water by daily gavage, and the nutritional preparation group was given nutritional preparation intragastrically.

[The effect of fluoride varnish Duraphat in preventing deciduous dental caries in preschool children].

Purpose: To evaluate the effect of fluoride varnish Duraphat on preventing caries of primary teeth caries, and provide scientific basis for the establishment of oral health care.

Methods: 1140 preschool children aged 3~4 years old were chosen from 25 public kindergartens in Xuhui district of Shanghai by cluster sampling method, they were divided into 2 groups on a voluntary basis with the informed consent of the child's parents. 762 preschool children in Fluoride Varnish group were taken oral examination and used fluoride varnishes every 6 months, 378 preschool children in the control group were without treatment.
