Urocleidoides spp. (Monogenea: Dactylogyridae) from the gills of Parodon nasus (Characiformes: Parodontidae) from a Brazilian stream with descriptions of two new species.

Urocleidoides spp. are reported from the gills of 20 specimens of Parodon nasus (standard length 8.512 cm), from the Indiana stream, Tiet River, Upper Paran River basin, municipality of Botucatu, So Paulo State, Brazil.

Rhabdochona fuscovaria sp. n. (Nematoda: Rhabdochonidae) from the stomach of frog Scinax fuscovarius (Anura: Hylidae) in Brazil.

A new nematode species, Rhabdochona (Rhabdochona) fuscovaria sp. n. (Rhabdochonidae), is described based on specimens collected from the stomach of the snouted treefrog Scinax fuscovarius (Hylidae) in the So Sebastio do Paraso farm, municipality of Boa Esperan do Sul, southeastern Brazil.
