Anaplasmosis is caused by a Gram-negative obligate intracellular bacterium of the genus Anaplasma with the pathogen having a zoonotic impact. The study aimed to estimate the prevalence of anaplasmosis in Pakistan, to unravel the association of potential risk factors, and to investigate the effect on hematological parameters in affected small ruminants. Flurbiprofen, an NSAID, is a water insoluble drug that is also notorious for gastric irritation and inflammation. This study was aimed at using a natural gastrprotective oil as the internal phase to develop flurbiprofen micro emulsion (ME) to improve it solubility and ameliorate its gastric side effects. The devastations and damages caused by climate change are apparent across the globe, specifically in the South Asian region where vulnerabilities to climate change among residents are high and climate change adaptation and mitigation awareness are extremely low. Pakistan's low adaptive capacity due to high poverty rate, limited financial resources and shortage of physical resources, and continual extreme climatic events including varying temperature, continual flooding, melting glaciers, saturation of lakes, earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, avalanches, droughts, scarcity of water, pest diseases, human healthcare issues, and seasonal and lifestyle changes have persistently threatened the ecosystem, biodiversity, human communities, animal habitations, forests, lands, and oceans with a potential to cause further damages in the future. Efficiency of water oxidation catalysts in terms of overpotential, current density, and voltage stability over time with facile methods of their fabrication remains a key challenge in developing competent mechanisms of storing energy in the form of green hydrogen fuels. In this work, a rapid one-step aerosol-assisted chemical vapor deposition (AACVD) method is employed to synthesize amorphous and highly active cobalt-vanadium mixed oxide catalysts (CoVO) directly over fluorine-doped tin oxide (FTO) substrates. Morphological and structural characterizations made by field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques revealed the formation of pure-phase amorphous films with a gradual variation of topography as a function of deposition time.
