Background: Patients with atopic dermatitis (AD) may discontinue dupilumab owing to dupilumab-induced ocular adverse events (DOAEs) or dupilumab-induced facial redness (DFR).
Objective: To evaluate DOAE and DFR outcomes after switching to tralokinumab or Janus kinase inhibitor (JAKi).
Methods: This retrospective study included 106 patients discontinuing dupilumab because of DOAEs and/or DFR.
Background: Plasma cell gingivitis is defined as gingival inflammation comprised of plasma cell infiltrates. This diagnostic criterion is non-specific and underlying mechanisms remain unknown.
Objectives: We performed a multidisciplinary clinico-pathological review of cases previously identified as "gingivitis with plasma cell infiltrates", with assessment of putative contributing factors and critical appraisal of the final diagnosis.
Thanks to the development of rapid sequences with better resolution, applications of uro MR have rapidly increased in children. Difficulties that remain are related to the variable ages of the patients. It is therefore mandatory to standardize as much as possible the techniques that are used in order to obtain reproducible results.

Survival ability of Maia squinado to emersion and subsequent reimmersion was determined in winter and summer conditions. Male spider crabs were less tolerant of emersion than females. Emersion (up to 24 h in summer and to 48 h in winter) induced a marked reduction of nitrogen excretion, especially ammonia excretion.

There were striking differences between the symbiont-containing trophosome tissue and other host tissues. High concentrations of ammonia, creatinine and, in particular, urate were found in all tissues, but they were present at consistently higher concentrations in the trophosome, which also contained large amounts of urea.

Changes in the free amino acid (FAA) content of their muscle, hepatopancreas and haemolymph were recorded during air-exposure and subsequent reimmersion. Muscle and hepatopancreas urate contents and haemolymph serum protein levels were also measured during emersion.

Nitrogen excretion, blood and muscle ammonia content and blood urate and lactate content were recorded throughout the experimental emersion and following reimmersion (recovery period). During emersion, the rate of ammonia excretion was strongly reduced in both species, while urea and amine excretion were not enhanced.

In the cheliped muscle, a transient 22% decrease in GDH activity for ammonia formation and a 48% increase in GDH activity in the reverse reaction (glutamate synthesis) occurred following 6 and 12 h of emersion, respectively.
