Background: The scientific literature has studies that assess the influence of erosive challenges with citric acidic drinks and substances on the adhesive bond strength to enamel and dentin, but does not contain information about the influence of regional components of an acidic diet on this process. Thus, this study evaluated the erosive influence of Amazonian tucupi on enamel and dentin microshear bond strength.
Materials And Methods: One hundred and sixty-eight healthy bovine incisors teeth were used, divided into 12 groups ( = 14).

Objective: This study evaluated the color change, surface roughness, mineral content and morphology of enamel bleached with 35% hydrogen peroxide (HP) combined with an experimental gel containing 1% titanium tetrafluoride (TiF).
Materials And Methods: Bovine enamel blocks were treated with (n = 12): (TiF) experimental gel containing 1% TiF, (HP) 35% HP, (HPT) 35% HP + 1% TiF and (CT) control. Bleaching with HP was performed in 3 sessions (3 × 15 min/applications).
Aim: The study evaluated the influence of tucupi on enamel surface roughness, microhardness, ultramorphology, and mass variation.
Materials And Methods: Ninety healthy bovine incisors were divided into three experimental groups, according to the acidic challenge adopted, being: G1- tucupi, G2- cola-based soft drink, G3-distilled water. The enamel properties (surface roughness, microhardness, ultramorphology and mass variation) of all specimens were evaluated at times T0 (before any intervention), T10 (10 days after the proposed treatments), T20 (20 days after the proposed treatments) and T30 (30 days after the proposed treatments).
