Metastatic renal cell carcinoma (MRCC) is a rare cause of massive lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB). We report a 51-year man who underwent left nephrectomy for renal cell carcinoma (RCC) 6 years ago. presenting with massive LGIB.

Sigmoid colon endometriotic mass. A rare cause of complete large bowel obstruction.

Large bowel obstruction is a rare complication of gastrointestinal endometriosis. A 32-year-old female patient presented to the emergency department with complaints of diffuse abdominal pain and constipation for 10 days with progressive abdominal distention and vomiting. Plain abdominal x-ray showed grossly dilated large bowel up to the sigmoid colon with no gas in the rectum.

Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) is primarily a disease of lymph nodes caused by accumulation of excessive histiocytes. The extra-nodal sites are simultaneously involved in almost half the cases. However, presentation with isolated extra-nodal sites is uncommon and disease confined to skin and soft tissues is a rare entity.
