Unlabelled: Common extensor tendinopathy (CET) is a common, painful overuse and degenerative condition of the lateral elbow, affecting an estimated 2 million patients per year. Although many cases resolve with conservative treatment, recalcitrant cases may progress to open surgical intervention. For patients who do not improve with surgical management, treatment options are extremely limited.

A 66-yr-old man with a history of atrial fibrillation and a pacemaker developed sudden onset confusion, disorientation, and visual disturbance without motor weakness. Clinically, significant deficits were found in reading (alexia) and simultaneous multiobject perception (simultanagnosia), both of which the patient denied limitation in, and in vision-right hemianopsia-which he readily acknowledged. Visual acuity in the left visual field was normal.

The etiologies of torticollis are numerous. We describe a unique patient who presented with torticollis with head tilting to the right after sustaining a minor fall. Computed tomography scan with two and three-dimensional reconstructions revealed an underlying hypoplasia of the right lateral mass of C1 and occipital condyle.
