In this study, the immunomodulatory effect using carbon clearance test in vivo of partial purified lectin of Lactarius deliciosus using DEAE-Sephacyl column, with sugar affinity against galactose, methyl-β-D-galactopyranoside and lactose, showed a significant effect on phagocytic activity and half-life of carbon particles in mice with different concentrations (5, 10, 15, and 30 mg/kg).
