[De Garengeot hernia - a case report].

We report a case of a 79-year-old woman with a previous history of polycythemia vera, glaucoma and hypertension. Her previous surgeries included a cholecystectomy with an incidental finding of a gallbladder carcinoma with following partial liver resection and a hysterectomy. The surgery department was consulted regarding this patient due to abdominal pain in her lower abdomen and tumor in her right groin.
