Differentiating high-grade gliomas and intracranial metastases through non-invasive imaging has been challenging. Here, we retrospectively compared both intratumoral and peritumoral fractional anisotropy (FA), mean diffusivity (MD), and fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) measurements between high-grade gliomas and metastases.
